Biodiversity Workshop at the Dingo Discovery Sanctuary and Research Centre

This year Aus Eco Solutions held our annual Biodiversity Workshop at the Dingo Discovery Sanctuary and Research Centre in Toolernvale, VIC.  Attendees included clients from local and state Government, private organisations, service suppliers, strategic partners and members from the general public.

The day involved five short educational presentations, dingo encounters, saturated steam weed control presentation and a native plant ID workshop alongside regular refreshments throughout the afternoon.

Thank-you to our wonderful guest speakers Ivan Carter (Victorian Serrated Tussock Working Party), Mark Urquhart (Parks Vic), Jennifer Johnson (Culingaia Flora), and Ray Draper (Central Highlands Environmental Consultancy) for your contribution to an interactive celebration of flora and fauna biodiversity.

Later in the evening we enjoyed a starlit gourmet BBQ fundraiser.  We reflected on the knowledge shared throughout the day overlooking the views of Port Melbourne and listening to the majestic chorus of the dingoes howl at sunset.  We look forward to inviting you to our annual Biodiversity Workshop in 2017.  If you would like to be notified about all future events hosted by Aus Eco Solutions please Join our Tribe to receive invitations via email.
